Head of Operations • Special Needs Life Coach (Autism focus)
Victoria
Hi, I’m Victoria — and if you’re here, chances are you’re a parent doing everything you can for your child, and still wondering if it’s enough. I see you. I’ve been there. I’m still there.
I’m a mom of three boys, a homeschool parent, and a special needs mom myself — one of my sons is on the autism spectrum. Long before I had a title or a role in a practice, I was sitting in IEP meetings, sorting through evaluations, and trying to make sense of a system that doesn’t always make it easy for families like ours. That experience didn’t just shape my perspective — it became my purpose.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Communications and a Master’s in Special Education, and I’ve spent years working closely alongside Dr. Danback — including more than a decade supporting her own autistic son. I also serve as Head of Operations for Random Thoughts Therapy, which means I understand this practice inside and out.
Every child has their own needs, their own pace, and their own story — and it’s not my job to fit them into a mold. It’s my job to help them figure out who they are and give them the tools to show up as that person, confidently and fully.
“I talk to my kids like real people — because they are.”
What Victoria works with
How the work gets done
Within Random Thoughts, Victoria works directly with older children and young adults with special needs in a life-coaching capacity, with a deep focus on autism — building executive functioning, organization, time management, self-advocacy, and real-world independence. She also offers IEP review and advocacy, sitting with families to identify gaps so parents walk into that meeting room informed, confident, and ready to speak up.
