Why Random Thoughts

I built the practice I wish I had
when I needed it.

There were times in my own life, early motherhood, difficult relationships, narcissistic abuse, divorce, when I needed more than someone to listen to me.

I needed someone who could help me understand what was happening. Someone psychologically sophisticated enough to see beneath the obvious problem, direct enough to tell me the truth, and invested enough to stay with me while I figured out what came next.

That experience shaped Random Thoughts.

We invest in the people who come here. We think about you. We talk as a team when another perspective would help. And when what you need extends beyond psychotherapy, we help you find the right support rather than expecting you to figure it out alone.

That is the practice I wanted. So that is the practice I built.

Start with your story, not the service

You do not have to diagnose the problem
before you contact us.

You may need psychotherapy. You may need help navigating a divorce, mediation, or a psychologically confusing relationship. You may need coaching, parenting support, RESTORE, or simply a conversation that helps clarify what is happening.

Tell us what is happening. We will help you determine what comes next.
